Start an exchange request for your order by visiting your Order History (be sure to log in to your account) and clicking on the "Return Item(s)" button for the order.

Fill out the requested quantities of each item to return, and complete the return submission form. You will receive a confirmation of your request, and a member of our customer service team will update your return request within 48 hours.
