Gerbing & Gyde Supply Shipping Information:
- Standard processing time for an order to ship is 1-2 business days. Many orders will ship the same day an order is placed.
- When your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking number(s) and estimated delivery date(s).
- For Standard and Free Ground Shipping options please allow 2-6 days for delivery.
- Orders are shipped only during business days and not on Weekends.
- Rush orders requiring expedited shipping must be placed by 1pm EST Monday-Friday to be guaranteed same-day processing. Rush orders placed after 1pm EST will ship the next day.
- Please note that expedited shipping (next day, 2 day, 3 day) is calculated by "business days". This means it will be delivered the number of business days from the day it ships.
- Orders shipping to PO Boxes, APO’s, FPO’s, or US Territory addresses will be shipped USPS Priority Mail and are not eligible for other expedited shipping methods.

Gerbing stands behind the quality of our heated products and we sincerely hope you are fully satisfied with your purchase. Please contact customer service if you need troubleshooting help to get your Gerbing gear working properly before making a return. Many performance issues can easily be resolved over the phone or via email.
- Returned items must be unused and unwashed with original packaging and labels.
- You may return unused items within 30 business days of purchase for a full refund.
- Embroidered products are final and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, changes or alterations.
- For older products and purchases outside of 30 days, please refer to our warranty page or contact email@example.com.
- Products purchased at a 3rd party or re-seller must be returned at those locations and are subject to their return policy.

How to Make an Exchange:
Option 1) Express Exchange
Place a new order online or by calling our customer service team. Your new order will ship immediately and then you will need to send back the unwanted item for a refund by following instructions above.
Option 2) Standard Exchange
Send us your unwanted item(s) by using the above instructions. Please send a copy of your receipt with a written note of what size/color/item you wish to exchange for. Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process a standard exchange. (Note: Please allow 7-10 days during the Holiday Season)
RETURN POLICY NOTES:
- We now offer pre-paid labels for $9.99. If you purchase a return label from us for $9.99, we will ship your exchange back to you for free. If you purchase a return label from us, we will e-mail it directly to you for convenience.
- If you have an approved RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization), you will not be charged for a pre-paid label. For approval, please contact 800-646-5916 or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org (NOTE: Approval will be granted if you received the wrong item, or the item is deemed to be defective after troubleshooting with an agent)
- If you request a pre-paid label without an approved RMA, $9.99 will automatically be deducted from your eligible refund.
- All items returned to us for a refund or exchange must be in new condition. This means the items are still in new condition without scuffs, scratches, stains, smells, etc. Items must still have the original packaging, parts, accessories, instructions, and tags. Items returned not in sell-able condition will only receive a partial refund or in extreme circumstances returned to sender.
- The 30-day time return period starts once you receive your order. A restocking fee may be applied outside of this time period. Please note that we do not accept returns and exchanges outside 60 days.
- Items that are damaged, missing parts, not in the original condition, or have obvious signs of use will receive a refund of up to 50% of the items price.
- If your order was damaged in shipping, please contact us within 3-days of delivery.
- Refunds will be issued back to the payment method used to place the order.
- Original shipping charges will not be refunded (unless approved by agent due to special circumstances)
