Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping

Orders can only be shipped to U.S. & Canadian addresses. Gydedoes not ship to APO’s, FPO’s, or US Territory addresses.

Our orders normally ship with UPS and you can select your delivery service during checkout.

Normal processing and shipping time for standard orders is 5 to 10 business days from date of order receipt. Rush orders requiring expedited shipping must be received by 1:00p Eastern Time Monday through Friday in order to be shipped the same day as receipt. Rush orders received after 1:00p Eastern Time will be shipped the following day. Rush orders received on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday. A signature may be required for delivery on some orders.

When your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation with the tracking number(s) and estimated delivery date(s).

 

Returns

Gyde stands behind the quality of our gear and we sincerely hope you are fully satisfied with your purchase. Our products carry a limited lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship with a lifetime guarantee. Furthermore, our gear carries a lifetime warranty on the Microwire heating system. See our Warranty page for details. 

If you’re unsatisfied with products you purchased from us and wish to return any items, please contact Customer Service via email at customerservice@gydesupply.com. Our customer support representatives will guide you through the process. Please note the following:

  • Items must be unused and unwashed with original packaging and labels.
  • You may return unused items within 30 business days of purchase for a full refund or online store credit.
  • Embroidered products are final and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, changes or alterations.
  • For product quality issues, please contact us directly at 866-371-4328 or customerservice@gydesupply.com. You can also refer to our warranty page for additional information about our product warranty.
  • Returns not related to product quality issues that are purchased at a 3rd party or re-seller must be returned at those locations and are subject to their return policy.
